Cancellation Policy

Prices: The prices listed for all SGS AUTO SPA LLC's package are the starting price. Prices may vary based on the vehicles condition (how much work is required) to get your car shining again! Cancellation/Rescheduling: Schedule an appointment up to 24-hours in advance. We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control. Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type. We require 24-hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. An appointment via the SGS AUTO SPA LLC website is defined as one (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will have to make multiple appointments online and add a message on the “Booking Form” page stating a multiple-car booking. Another option can be to contact an SGS AUTO SPA representative or get a quote on a multiple-car detail. If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will have the following two (2) options: Reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you. Cancel your appointment with a 50% charge. Cancellations with less than six (6) hours notice are ONLY given option 2. An appointment is not considered canceled until the customer has confirmed the cancellation via an SGS AUTO SPA LLC representative. Cancellations of these appointments may be subject to being charged the full amount without proper 24-hour notice due to the amount of time reserved for a single customer.
